IT Spending by Industry

Using standard metrics for estimating the amount of IT spending as a percentage of revenue is getting a new look recently.  We have examined our database of Global 5000 companies and sliced the data by segments and countries.

We applied those percentages to each of The Global 5000 company records and then did the analysis by vertical market and by country. This data provides a good planning guide for information providers and a solid, comparative benchmark for the CIO and the executive team of an organization.
